When I stand on the summit with my pawn, I don't know what to do to get the summit?
because the Himalayan stands there and nothing happens and eventually he dies.
what am i doing wrong??

you need to go back down, just like reality. alpinists who reach the summit don't stay there long

You have to survive until the end of the game.
Mostly to do that it is smart to at least go down a little bit.
When you arrive at a position (also the top), you will get points for reaching so high, if you go down again you KEEP the points, unless the climber dies.
