im playing 2 player ussr 1941 several times
and the weather has been the same every game
is it fixed or rolled for - or is there an option im missing at setup time?

has anyone else found the same weather game after game in a given scenario
also im finding its rather hard - especially with the 2 severe and 2 poor weathers - for the germans to win
they come close - in ussr 41 scenario
with 2 severe and 2 poor is it even possible for germans to win given a decent withdrawl by ussr
