If Brando corresponds to Marlon Brando one of its Movie was "Mutiny on the Bounty". So it could perhaps be "Mutineer", Merchants & Marauders, John Silver, Libertalia or Pirates of Nassau?

De Niro and Brando both played the Godfather in different films.
The only movie they both appeared in was The Score. (there is a board game called that, and many more that use SCORE in their title). There they played thieves.
They have also both played soldiers and boxers/prize fighters.

Has to be a mafia related game, and there are a bunch of them:
Mafia, Don Peperoni, Famiglia, Capo, Mob Ties, Family Business, Gangster, Gangsters, Kingpin, little Italy, Nostra City, Lemming Mafia
just to name a few.
