Creating a Card Game

Hi,
i'm new to this part of BGA.
Me and my friends in Brazil have a card game which is really good as party (creating chaos) game.
I'd like to develop it here in BGA but i'm not sure exactly how should i start. is there any tutorials or guidelines i should follow?
