See deck content

It would be nice to be able to see the content of your deck. It can be hard to remember what you've been dealt or what you have drafted, especially in turn by turn games.

That's against the concept of the game : you see your discard but not your deck.

I disagree. You know your deck, you see it at the start of the game. I'm not asking to see the order of the cards of course.

I agree you should be able to view your deck of cards--perhaps in their entirety (deck plus hand plus discard) and certainly not in shuffle order.
I'm still on my first game, but I play asynchronously and frankly don't even remember what's coming up.

A bit controversial proposal, but I am also for being able to see your deck.
In real life this wouldn't be a convenient rule, but online there is no risk of mixing deck with the hand, nor any need to reshufle.
This would be also make things much easier for new players.
The only question is whether we consider remembering cards a part of the skill and if this outweighs benefit of making things more accessible.

Isn't it already possible to check the deck at the beginning of the game and then write down the composition somewhere?
BGA async system provides a note space for each turn-based game. In real-time games players may use notepad or something else.

Unless you have memorized every card in the game and what it does, forcing players to note down the cards in their deck PLUS making them look up what those cards actually do is ridiculous. I agree that in live games it is not necessary to allow players to check their deck, they should try to remember, but in async cards it's impossible to track stuff. This should be a feature.

A player always has the option to write down the names of the Artifact cards he has received.
Therefore, the problem is not to know the names of the cards of his draw pile, but to know their effects, since the rule does not include the list of these cards.
To be able to consult at any time the cards seen at the beginning of the game seems to me to be a necessity for the inexperienced players.
For those who see it as a breach of the rule, I propose to provide that as an option.

If it's a problem, it's a problem with the rules, not the implementation.
You're not supposed to know what's coming next. Which is why in the rules, you inspect your cards to select your mage, and then you shuffle and place your deck without inspecting again. Yes, it's hard to remember the cards, I find that to be the case, but that's what the rulebook dictates, so it's a part of the game. The rulebook specifically says you can inspect anyone's discard pile at any time, presumably since there's some powers that use what's in discard piles.
In any case, it certainly would be possible to "house rule" something like that so you can see your cards. That is more of a philosophical discussion on whether house rules or custom variations should be implemented in these games instead of just the rules as written. Maybe in training mode it could be more open.

The rules doesn't forbid you to write the content of the deck on a paper. Some players consider that being able to keep in memory the content of your deck is part of the skills required to play it well, others do not. Whether this would be allowed around a table is a matter up to the gaming group, not the rules.
On a digital implementation with support for turn by turn, you need to take this under consideration. Some people like to play dozens of turn by turn games simultaneously over days or weeks.
When the game requires you to take notes or dig through the logs to access "known" information, I consider it a flaw in the implementation.
