Do developers have any control over which table is replayed in the "See the game in action" of each game's page?

No, the selection is automatic and changes over time.

OK, fair enough. Someone had a Ponte del Diavolo game they thought would make a good illustration, but perhaps I can use it as the basis of a Tutorial instead.
