Visual problems in Hearts

I have slightly poor eyesight plus slow eye reflexes and so cannot clearly identify the last card played to a trick when the trick is whisked off the board without pausing. This is especially crucial when it is a black Queen -- I simply never know whether it was the Queen of Spades or Clubs! There are many possible fixes that could be incorporated as a player option with no effect on others who stay with the current defaults:

(1) Different card faces, such as Jumbo index, four colors (orange for diamonds, green for clubs), or cross-hatching for diamonds and clubs (versus solid fill for hearts and spades.)

(2) Sound effects: Microsoft used glass breaking for the first heart, and a gong sound for the Queen of Spades.

(3) Auto-pause, so the trick does not disappear until the player clicks.

As is I am at a huge disadvantage playing one of my favorite games.

You can create a suggestion for it and then add the link to this topic: https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=36

However, I'm afraid nobody seems to be maintaining Hearts at the moment, which is too bad, because it could use some improvements.

That's the color code used indeed on many bridge card decks and most bidding boxes (and blue for spades).
