What is Mathematician (Pi) achievement?

Just being curious...

A friend of mine got a weird achievement: Mathematician. With an icon featuring the number Pi and the description being π = 3.14159265359.
I thought it was related to the Pi day: 14 March, but this was awarded on the 2 of October.

Any clue anyone?

It is an achievement, so I won't post exactly how to find it. But the clues are there. Normally when people are told to do something, they give up when it looks like the end, when it really isn't. Achievers do it to the very end.
