Board Game Arena

The game is very much about random and there's nothing you can do about it. But it'd be nice to be able to steal guest by serving their favourite. It feels odd that you can select the opponent's guests to be served and serve dessert but when you click the button, it doesn't work. Especially It is mentioned on BGA game help too!

You can steal favorites! It's an option in normal game play, but I think it's mandatory for all tournament games.

Not sure if you eventually figured it out, but poaching (stealing) guests is an option under the "advanced" game.
