I recommend this video for beginner level players.
I think there are some valuable thoughts and ideas for anybody who just started playing the game.

However, I think for high-level play the analysis is too superficial.

Regarding your comment Sohel, of course these videos are a starting point, not a full strategic winning analysis. I just hope people can get into this game knowing the starting position and we can explore the full game. For high level I have planned a couple of just game recaps.

I think WP's list is a lot more accurate. I agree to most of his ratings.
I can't follow some of the AC ratings (philosopher stone = 4 ?? haha).

Although, since PS was appearently removed from 2v2, I think the list needs to be adjusted accordingly...
At least I haven't seen PS in my last 10 games, which seems strange.

I think the main difference comes from the fact that my ratings are for the base game and mainly for 2P (that's how arena is set up) and Alex's ratings factor in the first expansion.

I think maybe Athanor should be 5 stars for me and Treant maybe should be 4 star for me. That's the main things that I think I might be wrong.

I'm not sure why either, I've tried twice with not success. There should not be any link in it (unless I copy-pasted the wrong one). My guess is that one of the card's name has a keyword in it that Youtube automatically censors.

After I recorded the ratings video I decided to play a game and as soon as I was done with it I knew another video about it has to be made:

AC recently updated two of his rating: Athanor and Philosopher’s Stone both up to 5 star because of how strong big gold is.

Thanks for the info, I think this is a good change by him, big gold in the base game is very strong I hope in the expansion it is worse, because unfortunately it's very easy to play and not that fun for both players.
