I enjoy partner games where 2 players take on another 2 players. I know these games are available on BGA for this style of play:

Spades
Tock
Belote
Cinco

Are there others I’m missing? Thanks!

Hand and Foot can be played that way. It's available in Beta now.

French Tarot, Hungarian Tarokk, and Solo Whist also include temporary partnerships.

Innovation can also be played 2 vs 2.

Footnote: Room 25 and The Werewolves of Miller's Hollow can have a team of 2 vs a team of others, but not strictly partners vs partners.

I am also interested in these types of games. It looks like the majority of the ones on BGA right now are pretty much basic card games. Which isn't something I am too interested in. I was going to make a new thread but then I noticed this one.

The only ones I found were Cinco and Innovation, are there any team games that don't use a basic 52 card deck on BGA?

Yeah, let's improve my list of cooperative games with that subject :D

Full coop: Bandido, Forbidden Island, Hanabi, Magic Maze, The Crew, Yokai, Room 25 (less popular mode)
Traitors (XvAll): Room 25, Saboteur, Secret moon, Werewolves
2v2: Armadorra, Belote, Briscola, Carribean All Fours, Innovation, Kami, Klaverjassen, Pedro, Phat, Pinochle, Sanatori, Spades, Tichu, United square
Temporary partnerships: French Tarot (1v2/1v3/2v3), Hungarian Tarokk, Solo Whist
Others: Hand and foot (XvX), KQJ (3v3/2v2v2), Not Alone (1vAll), Tock (2v2/2v2v2), Concept (Guessing)

From those I know (which is only about half)(in 2v2), Armadorra, Sanatori, United square are not card based.
If your question is more general, all games full coop or with traitors don't use a 32 or 52 card game.

Sorry for thread necro, but Hand & Foot is not 2v2 only. It supports variable players settings.
(1v1, 1v1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 2v2v2, etc.)
