How do set up clans of Caledonia to play a solo game?

Set up a table manually.
Select the "Training mode" option (solo games cannot be played if ELO is enabled).
Reduce the maximum table size to 1 (BGA will not allow you to do it if you're not in training mode)
Open the table and start the game.
