Harbour is in alpha

Hello all,
Harbour is now in alpha --> https://boardgamearena.com/reviewer?game=harbour
-------
(copy paste of my message on reviewers group so if you already read it, spare some time and skip this
)
The game is playable, although it does have _a lot_ of edge cases considering all the buildings / characters / rules (and considering some special effects like the Clocktower, the Wizard's Imaginarium or the Daily Farm and many others).
I have already implemented the High Tides expansion since it altered the way I have developed the game at first so you can also play with ships.
You have all the characters that were given to me, meaningly the base game characters + the Kickstarter promo characters + 1 extra one that you might encounter in alpha but that you'll encounter on BGA only in December
Please also note that the Training Dummy is not implemented yet (although the game is set to be available for 1 player).
There can really be some issues (and even some blocking ones), please bear with me
Among the bug reports, I really am open to any UX suggestions to improve the game, add some animations or anything that would make the game 'good enough for BGA'. Some of the recent games published really set a high level of standards and expectations about the quality of the development and the UX, I will do my best to keep improving the game (and at last, I'll ask for help if needed
)
Enjoy and have fun!
