Hi to all.
There are some undocumented UI features in the game, I dont' know if you have find all of them:
- Click on a country of player panel => map focus on its capital (ENA map box for USA)
- Click on a small arrow during advance after combat phase => that unit advances (useful when additional attackers)
- Clock on a unit in a dialog box => map focus on it (not for all dialog boxes)
and obviously:
- Click on small arrow during ground action pahse => declare assault (with confirmation dialog)
- CTRL + Click on small arrow during ground action pahse => declare assault (no confirmation dialog)
and like all games on BGA:
- Top right menu (with 3 horizontal bars): game options
Thanks for playing.

Another one that I think needs pointing out is that if you go into the options at the bottom of the page you can change the default assault behaviour to assume you want to send in any additional units (which is not always the case but depending on play style might be preferable).

It's not at the bottom left menu but the upper right one with other options (3 horizontal bars menu).

I did not realise you could get to it that way. It is also available if you scroll down the screen, below the board there are 'How to Play' 'Competition' 'Strategy Tips' and 'Options', the options tab give you access, along with some display options for DRM and tool tips.

Another feature is to CTRL + Lclick & Drag or SHIFT + Lclick & Drag or CTRL & SHIFT + Lclick & Drag to move the map and hide markers or units or both. This can also be done by the red Menu bubble at the bottom left corner of the map, but the keyboard shortcuts are quicker.

A suggestions fo the UI for an attack would be:
I) continue using the yellow arrow and let the player choose by clicking a popup.
a) click the yellow arrow for an attack.
b) A popup lets player choose between a) mobile, b) assault, c) abort and take back move.
c) The game executes player's choice.

BGA politic:
II-6 Avoid move confirmations
As a rule of thumb, don't require move confirmation. Confirming a move slows down the user interface and thus, the game flow. You can allow a player to confirm a move if this is a very critical step in a game, and if it is possible to trigger an action by accident. If client interactions are very complex and allow cancellation, the final move can be confirmed with a "Done" button.
A dialog for each mobile attack will be painful.
Mobile attack can be canceled and assault has a confirm dialog box.

Well, that's one perspective.
Another perspective is that presently every declaration of combat displays a dialogue: displaying the modifiers and possible ways to reinforce the attack with air support and markers. So choosing mode of attack in that dialogue as well might not require extra clicking.
An advantage compared to the present implementation would be that a player can see the information without having to commit units when an Assault is obligatory, due to weather or forts. Another is that presently some players will click for a Mobile Attack just to check what the attack will look like, which will be unnecessary with my suggestion - not only making the game more easier to play but also reducing the load on the server.
