Fair Starting Variant?

What works for me (I play more IRL than here) 2 home rules :

=>1st player advantage :
Starting player 4 coins instead of 7.

=>Replay wonder lucky draw :
For each of the "4 wonders set", number of "replay wonders" has to be even. (0,2 or 4).

Note : Even number of "Replay wonders" can be achieved by redrawing the last one until it is.
