First arena match did not start, rep loss

Hi,
Don't know if this is a possible bug or not.
Started searching for my first arena match couple of hours ago.
It got stuck on 'Searching for players: -1'
I waited a couple of minutes, restarted what i could but did not help: i could search for a new arena match which i did and could play.
Now 2-3 hours later i get the chat messages on the mainsite and seems the game started for them but not for me. As a result a nice rep loss that i could not do anything about and probably can't be reversed...
Maybe there are others who experienced this on the first arena game because the normal games i played just before all loaded fine.
