Ad on Alhembra game.....in premium mode

Why is there an AD on the top of ALhembra window in Premium mode.
Premium should remove all adds right?

The only advertising premium promises to remove is the advertising of premium.

in preferences under account you can disable banner ads if you are premium. this isn't turned off by default. maybe this is your issue.
