Is there any way to see a list of people that I've rated?

I only know ways to figure out how to know who RT’d you and who you RT’d.

Go to your profile, click view page source from your browser, search thumbs. You will have a list of user IDs that you RT’d and RT’d you. I have a script that puts in user ID and outputs the actual player name.

I'm pretty sure they fixed this 'bug' (at least it doesn't work for me in microsoft edge as I just tried it) as this information is not supposed to be publicly available.

It still seems to work, on Edge as well. For some reason it only shows only red thumbs though. Incredible. I suppose you could deduce this information by visiting a profile of someone you think has red thumbed you (which is probably also a problem), but still.

I can't say I'm very surprised about the people I've encountered on my list.

I'm probably too naive at this, but are red and green thumbs a big thing? I don't recall ever giving someone either of those, and I don't think I have received one either.

By and large, no. You can fully ignore it without any effect on you. You have played over 5k games, so you undoubtedly have a few.
Not participating in this 'thumbing' business may actually improve your experience, disputes do happen and escalate on the sole basis of a 'red thumb'.
