Board Game Arena

I'm playing the post-war hypothetical (have to admit I'm not a huge fan, but still grateful for the hard work in developing this). I've not managed to work out how I'm supposed to activate the in-built convoy mechanic to get US units back into the game - anyone?

Okay, though that does make the scenario a bit of a non-starter. Any chance of just allocating a few US naval units to allow US mobilisation?
