Board Game Arena

in my last game i found a card broken (that doesn't work as it should)
specific i mean the historic territory with 6 culture points gain (1 spot) and 1 smile (for ever)..
in the game the player conquered that territory keep gaining + 6 cultuer every turn.. and i don't think the card should work in this way..

It looks like https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=157163951 is the only Through the Ages game in your history.
Historic Territory comes out in move 168, but it looks like the 6 culture points are only awarded one time.
