Opponent's points is a tiebraker.

Is the sum of points(victories) achieved by your opponents along the tournament.

The more opponent' points means that you had more difficult games (because you played with better players), so in case of a tie in victories, the player with an highest value on column opponent's points will be ranked first, as a reward for having a stronger schedule.

Thanks. That's helpful. To clarify, is it the sum of all points scored by my opponents? Or is it the sum of all points scored against players other than me?

In either event, being a pedantoc Englishman, it should be Opponents' points, not Opponent's points.

It includes the game against you.
They're only updated at the end of every round.
