Stone Age Stuck "Opening box"

I have had a game of Stone Age stuck "Opening box." I have been unable to take my first turn. I have cleared the cache and deleted all cookies. Just signed up for premium service, but so far am pretty frustrated.

Have you tried different browser ? Are you sure the one you are using is updated ?
