Why should 1 round games earn the same ELO as a 1000 point game. It devalues the performance of a win in a 1000 point game. The chance of winning a 1 round game is pretty much a lottery based on the one hand dealt and bid won. It shouldn't count for ELO of if it did should only be worth very little. If someone drops out partway through a 1000 point game ELO is calculated as a percentage of that games progression.
