Bug in expansion

There is a bug concerning the expansion, i bought an artifact that should give 2p per rank in column that you coose, but the game just skipped it, and by doing so taking my victory, how i report that to staff

That's notabug, the artifact is automatically adjusting points during the game by selecting the column with max number of ranks
