Pairing players by score in Arena

Can you change the way you pair players in Arena. I'd like to see it be the player with the highest score paired with the player with the lowest score. Maybe it's just my bad luck but for the last six games I've played in Arena, the two highest ranked players are a team and the two lowest ranked players. When players ranked 3 and 8 are a team and a player ranked 27 is paired with a player that is still bronze it's not a fair game.
