Elongo - in search of a developer! $$$ available!

Hi all
I've developed a new game, "Elongo" which I would like to add to BGA. I already have one game up and running here, "Marram".
In summary the game has the following features:
• 2-4 players
• Not complex – probably 2 on the BGA scale
• Colourful with an African theme
• A tile placement game with two different shaped tiles that can be placed to join other tiles
• Tile orientation and placement follow strict geometrical constraints
• 8-stage player turns
• 5 types of game pieces that can be placed on the tiles, and which control and occupy defined areas
• Player’s ability to move or remove game pieces that are already laid subject to the rules
If any of the BGA developer volunteers are up for it, I would be happy to work with them. I can pay up to $1,000 for the successful development. I can send a copy of the rules to anyone who would be interested.
