And try a movement.

I saw a rabbit sitting on an Easter egg in the Transfer Production Points screen.

It is cute but its definitely making the interface run a bit slower on some parts of the move.

Where is transfer points? I found one by code of conduct.

It's the screen that prompts you to transfer production points to your minor allies.
e.g. USA ---> Spain, Russia ---> Finland etc

It's probably not shown in the shorter scenarios.
