Board Game Arena

Neither me and another player are moderated or have the other RTed, but when we try to PM the other, it says: "Sorry, you are not authorized to discuss with this player"
Any idea why?

Could it be the new parent controls?

The person is 13 Y O. I am 31 and wanted to talk about some game.
I don't know if she has the age set on account, but I don't see the utility of the parent control in this situation.

You need to be mutual friend to talk to peoples younger than 15yo.
