Post by JackKey »

Today I have got quite interesting case which I'd like to share with you.

You can solve it easily here (playing red).

All three aspects were at the same location!

Have you seen this before? Does it happen quite often?
My calculations say its chance is 1:2744 which means it will happen to you approx. once per 915 games.

Your calculation is wrong. For a given player, the event considered has a probability of 1:196 per mini-game.

So, it will not be uncommon to meet it in a game, still of 3 mini-games, with 5 players around the table.

Ah... you are right.
My calculation is for the case when it happens exactly at the given location (e.g. exactly at Central Station).
But counting that it may happen at any place: it is 1:196 per mini-game per player.
