When Constable's player get 4th heart and immediately winner of round will be determined, both player will get 4th heart and tie.
Therefore, play another round to break the tie.
Anyway implementation is wrong in this point.

If more than one players remain, you are right.

I prefer the site's way on this. I absolutely despise the luck factor of drafting two consecutive cards guaranteeing a point. It also sways guard guesses to 6s at late game IF the table is good.
