I know that regular players (and after playing 2 or 3 rounds) would not need this, but can we have a description pop up of what the card does when the mouse hovers over the card? Thanks!

I would like this also. Several times I hovered over a card waiting for the tooltip to pop up… and then opened up the PDF to see instead.
