Board Game Arena

Hi,
Is it normal to win an arena game, yet do not get a single point/progress?

In my case https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=163025825 I remained stuck at Platine 9, and I found it particularly frustrating not to advance to diamond league!

Yes!! I win 2 games and get 1progress, then lose and lost 4 progress
