What happened to the on-screen mouse pointer?

Remember there used to be a mouse pointer you could click on and it would show a colored hand where your mouse is?
Where did it go?

It should already been back (there was a release last week fixing this). For me it works.
If you don't see it, please make sure to clear your browser cache, and if it's still not good, please provide details / screenshot for context.
