What is Option "Vorraussage"? It is the last Option in Settings? I also noticed in other games, that there is not explanation about the options, when they are very specific/ not self explanatory. Is there an overview anywhere? I would expect the options to be explained in the game help/overview?

If you select the non-default options, you get to see the explanations you look for. Foresight is a special fun variant for R1, where you see everyones cards but yours.

It's basically just a terrible German translation, imo.

As aesche wrote, it just concerns the first round. There, instead of looking at your card, everyone puts their card on their forehead so that they can't see them but everyone else can

(Of course, this only works in the first round, as in later rounds you have to see your own cards to play what was being lead)
