Alternative card faces

The current options for card faces just aren't very good, truth be told. I normally use German-suited cards but I have to use French-suited cards on this app. 
Saxon pattern is very hard to read (and looks blurry here even) and the other one is just Paris pattern with English indices. Ideally, I'd like to have a skat tournament pack (Berlin pattern in four colours) and a more readable German-suited pack such as Bavarian pattern.
Maybe you can ask ASS Altenburger for a licence for New Altenburg pattern — they readily grant licences to digital games. If that's not an option, there are public domain (vector and bitmap) German-suited card faces floating around.
