Board Game Arena

I know that eventually a turn based game (not in a tournament) times out. Does anybody know what the cut off point is? I have a game behind held due to a bug and I would want to avoid my opponent getting a penalty if the bug cannot be fixed in sufficient time to avoid the cut off.
