This cannot but be true. In reality, this person is a mid-level player, approximately # 20 in the rating, which can be seen from his results with players who are not his 2 clients.

The moderators were informed many times, there was no reaction at all.

It is. If they have been found to be 'not guilty' it is better if you just try to ignore it.
Such posts as this are generally just deleted/edited without penalty, but if you persist, you will most likely be moderated.

Nobody persists. We just call a spade a spade. The first rating belongs to the player, who is actually the 20th.
