[ARENA] How league composition is decided?

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if sombody knew how many leagues are to be played in each game?
Is that an automatic mechanism based on on many play and other things? Is there a BGA admin behind it?

I asks the question know because there are some things I did not grasp.
At the time I am writing, for example, I am not an hard tryer myself but some friend of mine wonder why they are struggling climbing the ladder in Coinche (especially passing through gold, only 5 player have achieved elite so far) while it seems relatively easy in Tarot (243 elite players). I surmise there is a reason behind that design, though.

Any clues? :)

Thanks! Take care,

Woodruff

This looks like a mistake in Coinche Arena.
In season 3 there were 212 Coinche players and only bronze + elite.
In season 4 there were 302 players and suddenly 4 leagues, which seems quite unjustified. Maybe someone expected Coince to go through the roof (like player number doubling every month).
