Either I'm being really dumb, or there should have been a tie for 2nd place in this table...

Can anyone tell me why henriquevolpe is 3rd place instead of joint 2nd?

They had the same score and exactly the same estates built, of the same sizes (just the ones they needed to complete the plans).

As far as I could work out, this should result in a tie, just like, for example, this table:

I agree, seems like it should be a tie. Maybe create a bug report and I'll upvote it!

I couldn't find the source code on BGA Studio, else I would have investigated. I'm happy to help the developer debug if I can see the source code.
