I mean it's not the end of the world... play a few more games and report the player yourself.

There is 0 reason to try to talk to an admin. or a moderator, and evade The Reputation Reporting Rule ("a player can't report another one, if (s)he has a reputation under a certain value" - around 60% from what I remember; you have 57% rep. now, so playing and finishing a few more games should restore your reputation in order for you to be able to report that player yourself; you have 11 weeks to do so, before the game chat with the player you want to report auto-destroys itself).
