Is 'BGA club' a proper name?

Should 'BGA club' be used as a proper name in itself? I've seen it translated as 'clube BGA', while 'Clube BGA' would be the correct form if it is a proper name.
If it can be seen as a minor issue, and because all validated instances read as 'clube BGA', maybe it would be better let it alone. What do you think?
