Nevamor - Nightmare

Hi,
I'm trying to use the nightmare card while Nevamor is stood next to a statue.
I chose not to move and now i want to swoop through the statue plus 2 Ememies. Should this be possible? As the target spaces are highlighted everywhere other than the spaces i want my swoop to go.
