created project but can't access on Control Panel [RESOLVED]

EDIT: I'm not sure what happened - but it seems to be working OK now. Thanks if it was due to some admin reading this and fixing the problem! Either way I'd be curious to know what was going on - do I always need to wait a few hours after creating a project for it to work properly?
Hello,
I'm a first-timer trying to develop a game on BGA, although I'm a developer of a few years' experience - have been reading through the documentation over the past couple of days, done all 3 tutorials, and thought "why not"?
But I have a strange problem. I've picked Deus as the game to start implementing (or at least trying to), and I just created my project through the Control Panel. Yet I cannot see any sign of it, either in the Control Panel page or on the list of games on "Play Now" page.
It's almost as if the creation failed - EXCEPT it hasn't, because
1) if I try to create it again under the same name (Deus), I get an exception saying it already exists
2) when I connect to my FTP client, I can see the "deus" folder on the BGA server, with all the usual boilerplate files in, and can download it to my machine
So I'm not sure what to do - I can't really do much in developing the game without being able to launch it from the platform. Also I would like to use the "request Art Files" link (ASAP as I understand it can take a while to get the actual art files), which reasonably enough requires a link to the project - without being able to access it on the site I've no idea what the link is.
Is this a common problem with a known workaround, or some strange new bug? If the latter, who do I report it to?
Thanks in advance
EDIT: I've just realised I can alter the query-string in the URL of the projects I *can* see, to access the game control panel. However this doesn't resolve the issue - the "Play" link just takes me to the list of games without displaying the actual project, and the "game page" and other links return a "game not found" error!
