I just shipped my first load of coal. The rules says I can claim progress markers.
Is this a manual operation or does the UI do it for me?
I wonder because I can't seem to find any when it's my turn to buy stuff.

Try refreshing screen [F5]. This is the same issue I believe to my post above.
