Is a solo mode planned once the beta version is validated?

Is Solo/single player mode even possible?

It says and fillers for 1 player being viable. But each time I try it rejects the attempt. Is this not supported yet, even though it states it be good for 1-8 players.

As said by DomitienAW, you need to be in "training mode". More precisely:
(1) open a table manually
(2) switch the settings to "training mode"
(3) then reduce minimal and maximal number of players to 1

You can never play Solo games with ELO rating enabled (that's the case for Railroad Ink, but also for every other game on BGA)
