Board Game Arena

I'm in the opening strategic move phase of the USSR 41-44 scenario as Axis, and I don't seem to be able to leave Poland with my strategic move. I think that I should be able to go around the Carpathians into Romania through Vienna and Hungary. Is this correct or am I missing something?

I just want to check that I'm not missing a special rule before raising a bug report.

This is resolved. The answer is that the scenario is only played on the eastern map and the connection through Vienna is on the western map. Of course, this is hard to see in BGA implementation.
