Is it possible to block players who refuse to play against you?

Reason for the question: I wanted to play a game of Thurn und Taxis, and got drafted with a group of players. But one of them refused to play, and the game didn't happen.
So I started again looking for players, and BGA always drafted me against this same player, and always they refused. No matter if the group of players was 2, 3 or 4.
And in the next attempts it didn't change; I always got drafted with this player, and again and again they refused.
It was only after about half an hour that BGA finally set me up with another player.

So I looked for a possibility to block a particular player; I didn't find any.
I found a feature to report a player; but I don't want to. Refusing to play against me is not a crime; but I would hope that it's possible for BGA to not draft me against a player who obviously does not want to play with me.

So: Is it possible to block/blacklist certain players?

you can give them a private redthumb, that should be enough.

Thanks for the tip, I hadn't seen it the first time.

Question: Is it possible to take a red thumb back? When I clicked the red thumb icon I got a message that I will never again play with this player. This sounds a bit extreme and final, so I aborted the action.

You can take it back if you click the red-thumb you see on their profile. You will however not run into that player accidentally anymore to then remove that thumb - so it's up to you to keep track of the RT you gave if you ever want to take them back.

Thanks for the answers.

I have now given the player in question a red thumb, and then got prompted with another message from BGA, whether it's just my personal opinion or I recommend nobody plays with them. I selected the first option (just personal opinion), and it worked. I also found out that clicking the red thumb again makes the green thumb again.

Again: Thanks.
