Board Game Arena

Advanced Logistics gives me buttons to rearrange tiles in my construction zone, but when I try to do it during the Explore phase as indicated, it says it's not my turn. We're playing turn based and some of the other players haven't yet completed this phase, so it's definitely still in the Explore phase.

This is after I've scouted and put two tiles into my construction zone, so it seems like the game thinks my turn is over now. Am I misunderstanding the card? I'd think it would let you scout tiles and then rearrange them.

This is a known bug which was reported more than three years ago. You can vote for it here: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=8762 but I'm not optimistic about the Roll developers ever coming back to it to fix the various longstanding bugs.
