How are Elo's counted

In the last 3 games I got less points (around the half) than the other players athough some had already more, some less Elo's than me. How can this bei? How are Elo's counted?

I’m also wondering how the ELO works with this game. I’ve now ‘won’ 3 times. 2x I got 1 point, 1 time 0 points. One time a player with 100 points more got even a deduction from 1 point.

The ELO system for Tranquility is clearly not working as people expect. I've won multiple games where I gained 0 ELO points (and I mean the real ZERO, not the "appears to be zero but is actually 0.5 and the rounding makes it look like zero in the display") and many others where I got a whopping 0.5 ELO points (which the display rounds to either 0 or 1.)
I would love an explanation for how the ELO is figured and WHY zero isn't considered a broken calculation for a win under any conditions.

How do you know the dezimal value?
