Not a bug but likely a Rules question. Why can't I select a die?

Hello, playing game
https://boardgamearena.com/9/rallymangt?table=172962337 and it's my turn. None of my dice are able to be selected. I tried different web browsers (Chrome, IE, and Safari) and I can't seem to figure it out. I'm blue, coming out of the turn in 1st gear. There are two people ahead of me but nobody is blocking a space in front of me.

Red is in front of you and in third gear.
To go alongside to their card you have to be in at least third gear, as well. But here, you could only go to second gear. So that means there is no die you could place according to the rules so you have to skip your turn.
(There's only one car in front of you. Maybe you confused where front and back of your car were? It sure is a bit difficult to distinguish on smaller screens)
